Deadline for submitting final written comments

At the 21 September 2010 hearing, the Commission confirmed that those who filed comments for the above-noted application will have an opportunity to file final written submissions following the hearing. The Commission hereby announces that it will accept final written submissions from those who filed comments for this application in this proceeding provided that they submit such comments on or before 30 September 2010.
Final submissions should be no more than 10 pages, excluding information requested by the Commission during the oral phase of the proceeding. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final submissions with the exception of information requested by the Commission.
