| 1. | The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the national pay audio programming undertaking operating as Max Trax from 1 March 2010 to 31 December 2010. The licence will be subject to the terms and conditions of licence in effect under the current licence. |
| 2. | This short-term licence renewal will enable the Commission to assess the licensee's compliance with the Commission's ownership policies. |
| 3. | This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence, and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at the appropriate time. |
