Re: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261 - Proceeding to consider the appropriateness of mandating certain wholesale high-speed access services
The Commission is in receipt of a letter, dated 6 October 2009, from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) seeking clarification on the scope of Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261, and requesting that Bell Canada, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Télébec, Limited Partnership and TELUS Communications Company be directed to provide responses to interrogatories posed by MTS Allstream concerning the latter's alternate service model filed in the course of the proceeding.
Parties may file comments with the Commission on MTS Allstream's request, serving a copy on all other parties, by 9 October 2009 . MTS Allstream may file reply comments, serving a copy on other parties, by 13 October 2009 .
Comments are to be received, and not merely sent, by the above dates.
