CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee – Consensus report

1.

In Telecom Decision 2009-255, the Commission requested that the area code 450 relief planning committee update its relief implementation plan (RIP) to reflect recommendations and milestones altered by the Commission's determinations in that decision and to re-file it for Commission approval.

2.

In Telecom Decision 2009-453, the Commission varied Telecom Decision 2009-255 and directed that relief for area code 450 be provided through a distributed overlay of a new area code starting 21 August 2010.

The CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee numbering plan area relief ad hoc working group submitted the following revised RIP for area code 450 for Commission approval:
 

Ø NPA 450 Relief Implementation Plan, 31 August 2009.

The report is available on the Commission's website at www.crtc.gc.ca.

5.

The Commission has reviewed and approves the above-noted consensus report.
