Additional information added to the public file for item 3
Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2009-632, the Commission announces the following:
  The changes are in bold:
  Across Canada
Application No. 2009-0912-9
Application by TVA Group Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate a national French-language Category 2 specialty television programming undertaking to be known as TVA Junior.
The Commission announces that the following additional documents are available on the public record of this proceeding:

1. Letter by TVA Group Inc. dated 9 October 2009.

2. Modified application for a Category 2 service. In this modified application, the applicant does not indicate that it is ready to accept a condition of licence limiting to 10% of each broadcast month the programming drawn from category 7(e).

This modification follows the receipt of a letter from TVA Group Inc. indicating that a clerical error was made in its application for a broadcasting licence to operate a national French-language Category 2 specialty television programming undertaking to be known as TVA Junior.
