Deadline for submitting final written comments in the policy proceeding on a group-based approach to the licensing of television services and on certain issues relating to conventional television

At the public hearing, the Commission announced that interested parties would have an opportunity to file final written submissions following the hearing. The Commission hereby announces that it will accept final written comments relating to this proceeding submitted on or before 14 December 2009.

Final submissions should be limited in length to no more than 10 pages, excluding information requested by the Commission during the oral phase of the proceeding. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final submissions with the exception of this information.
