  Application by Cablevision TRP-SDM inc. (Cablevision) to amend the Class 3 broadcasting licence for its multipoint distribution system (MDS) radiocommunication distribution undertaking in Trois-Pistoles.
  Cablevision proposes to amend its distribution grid (channel lineup) comprising
15 analog channels in order to retain six as analog channels. These would include four must-carry programming services, as part of the basic service, namely: CFTF-TV (TQS) Rivière-du-Loup, CIMT-TV (TVA) Rivière-du-Loup, CIVB-TV-1 (SRTQ) Grand Portage (programming originating from CIVM-TV Montréal), CKRT-TV (SRC) Rivière-du-Loup, as well as two may-carry programming services, MétéoMédia, as part of the basic service, and Super Écran 1, on a discretionary basis.
  Cablevision proposes to switch the remaining nine analog channels to digital distribution and to add another 30 channels to be distributed on a digital discretionary basis.
  Specifically, the licensee requests the authority to distribute, on a digital discretionary basis, the following programming services, which are currently authorized for distribution as part of its basic service:

  The intervention must be received by the Commission and by the applicant on or before the above-mentioned date.   Interventions that will be considered by the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding without further notification to intervening parties, provided the procedure set out below has been followed. Parties will be contacted only if their submissions raise procedural questions.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant, and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
  The Commission advises those who file and serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish that service has occurred.
  Parties must ensure, before initiating service through electronic mode, that they will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed.
  Where the intervention is filed by electronic means, the line ***End of document*** should be entered following the last paragraph of the document, as an indication that the document has not been damaged during electronic transmission.
  Each paragraph of the document should be numbered.
  Interventions should clearly identify the application referred to and indicate whether they support or oppose the application, or, if they propose changes to it, include the facts and grounds for their proposal.
