Further to Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-14 dated 13 November 2008, CRTC 2008-14-1 dated 27 November 2008 and CRTC 2008-14-2 dated 4 December 2008, the Commission announces the following:

 

The changes are in bold.

Item 8

 

Orillia, Ontario
Application No. 2008-0800-1

 

Application by Instant Information Services Incorporated for a licence to operate a low power English-language tourist information FM radio programming undertaking in Orillia.

 

The new station would operate on frequency 98.5 MHz (channel 253LP) with an effective radiated power of  27 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 92 metres).

Item 11

 

Gravenhurst, Ontario
Application No. 2008-0963-4

 

Application by Instant Information Services Incorporated for a licence to operate a low power English-language tourist information FM radio station in Gravenhurst.

 

The new station would operate on frequency 101.9 MHz (channel 270LP) with an effective radiated power of 25 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 64.9 metres).
