  Further to Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-13 dated 17 October 2008, CRTC 2008-13-1 dated 24 October 2008, CRTC 2008-13-2 dated 17 November 2008 and CRTC 2008-13-3 dated 25 November 2008, the Commission announces the following:
  The following items are withdrawn from this public hearing and will be rescheduled at a later date:
  Item 5
  Amherst, Nova Scotia
Application No. 2008-0816-5
  Application by Maritime Broadcasting System Limited to convert radio station CKDH Amherst from the AM band to the FM band.
  The Commission inadvertently indicated that the new station would operate on frequency 107.1 MHz. The frequency should have read 101.7 MHz.

  Laval, Sainte-Thérèse, Oka, Deux-Montagnes, Boisbriand, Saint-Eustache, Blainville, Rosemère, Lorraine, Bois-des-Fillions, Quebec

  Application by Télévision Régionale de Laval inc. for a licence to operate a low-power non-profit French-language community television programming undertaking in Laval and certain neighbouring communities.
