Revocation of licence

1.

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CFBN Toronto.

2.

The licensee indicated that the station is no longer in operation. Therefore, the licensee has requested that its licence be revoked.

3.

Given the licensee's request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority for the above-mentioned undertaking.
