CFNR-FM Terrace - New transmitter at Williams Lake: Correction of the effective radiated power

The Commission hereby corrects CFNR-FM Terrace - New transmitter at Williams Lake, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-53, 3 March 2008, by replacing paragraph 2 with the following paragraph:

The new transmitter will operate at 96.1 MHz (channel 241LP) with an average effective radiated power (ERP) of 43.3 watts.

The department of Industry has advised the Commission that the undertaking will have an average ERP of 43.3 watts, rather than an average ERP of 34 watts as indicated in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2008-7, 16 January 2008 and Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-53, 3 March 2008.
