CFBA-FM Foam Lake - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language, low power FM radio programming undertaking CFBA-FM Foam Lake, from 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2015.

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein and to the conditions set out in the appendix to this decision.

Appendix to Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-215

 

Conditions of licence

 

1. The licensee shall use the station solely for the purpose of broadcasting pre-recorded messages for visitors to the Quill Lakes area informing them of birding, hunting and eco-tourism opportunities.

 

2. The licensee shall not broadcast any advertising material.

 

3. The licensee shall not broadcast musical selections, except as incidental background music.
