VF2467 Squamish - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language, low-power FM radio programming undertaking VF2467 Squamish, from 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2015.

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein and to the conditions set out in the appendix to this decision.

Appendix to Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-211

 

Conditions of licence

 

1. The licensee shall use the station solely to provide information, originating from the Squamish area tourist industry, to travellers concerning the variety of attractions.

 

2. The licensee shall not broadcast more than six minutes per clock hour of commercial messages.

 

3. The licensee shall not broadcast any musical selections, except as incidental background music.
