  Application by Le Réseau des sports (RDS) inc. to amend the licence of the French-language national specialty programming undertaking known as Le Réseau des sports (RDS).
  The licensee proposes to make the above-noted service available for distribution in high definition format.
  In accordance with the framework set out in Regulatory framework for the licensing and distribution of high definition pay and specialty services Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-74, 15 June 2006, programming on the analog service and on the upgraded service will be comparable, that is, not less than 95% of the video and audio components will be the same, exclusive of the commercial messages and of any part of the service carried on a subsidiary signal. Further, all programming making up the 5% allowance will be provided in HD.

  Application by CJNE FM Radio Inc. to amend the licence of the radio programming undertaking CJNE-FM Nipawin, Saskatchewan.
  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter atTisdale to broadcast the programming of CJNE-FM Nipawin, in order to adequately serve the population of Tisdale.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 95.7 MHz (channel 239LP) with an effective radiated power of 45 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 28.6 metres).
  The licensee indicates that it wishes to strengthen its signal in Tisdale and surrounding low-lying areas.
  Industry Canada has informed the Commission that the licensee has revised its originally proposed technical parameters since the frequency 103.1 MHz (channel 276LP) is not available for low-power use in Tisdale.
  The Commission has therefore revised the above-noted technical parameters accordingly.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
