PIC/CARE access customer handbook

1.

The Commission received an application by Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited (Mornington), dated 15 March 2007, for approval of its Primary Interexchange Carrier/Customer Account Record Exchange Access Customer Handbook (PIC/CARE handbook). The Commission notes that Mornington's PIC/CARE handbook was approved on an interim basis in Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited - PIC/CARE access customer handbook, Telecom Order CRTC 2007-101, 30 March 2007.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission finds that the PIC/CARE handbook filed by Mornington is consistent with the latest version of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee model. It provides the necessary information with respect to PIC processing and is consistent with PIC/CARE handbooks recently approved for other companies.

4.

Accordingly, the Commission approves on a final basis Mornington's PIC/CARE handbook.
