  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2007-5, dated 13 April 2007 and CRTC 2007-5-1, dated 17 August 2007 relating to a public hearing which will be held commencing on Monday 17 September 2007 at 9 a.m. at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  Additional document has been added to the public examination file of this proceeding
  On 24 August 2007, the Commission sent the following letter to Quebecor Media Inc., Cogeco Cable Canada Inc., CTVglobemedia, CanWest Mediaworks Inc., Rogers Cable, Corus Entertainment Inc., Astral Media and the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB), advising that it intends to discuss at the public hearing, the impact of disclosing financial information of over-the-air (OTA) radio and television broadcasters in a manner similar to that for pay and specialty services: Commission Letter.
  Process
  Interested parties wishing to comment on this issue may do so at the public hearing or by filing a written submission no later than 5 October 2007.
