  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-4 and 2006-4-1 dated 20 and 27 April 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 19 June 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the Westin Edmonton Hotel, 10135-100th Street, Edmonton, Alberta, the Commission announces the following: The deadline for submission of interventions/comments for these applications only are extended to

  The licensee also requested a condition of licence to permit it to distribute any of the Canadian television signals on the List of Part 3 Eligible Satellite Services.

  Application by the Dawson City Community Radio Society for a licence to operate an English-language FM developmental community radio programming undertaking in Dawson City.
  The applicant has recently submitted to the CRTC clarification related to the amount of local produced programming which will now be 18 hours instead of the previous level of 2 hours.  This will have a corresponding decrease on the level of programming to be received from CKRW Whitehorse from the previous level of 124 hours to the new level of 108 hours.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
