Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-58

  Erratum

1.

In paragraph 2 of CFVD-FM Dégelis - New transmitter at Rivière-du-Loup, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-543, 21 September 2006 (Decision 2006-543), the Commission indicated that Radio Dégelis inc. (Radio Dégelis) was rebroadcasting CFVD-FM's programming by three transmitters, when its programming is actually rebroadcast by two transmitters. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects the decision by replacing paragraph 2 by the following paragraph:

2. Radio Dégelis has been operating a radio station in Dégelis since 1978. The station's programming is also rebroadcast by two transmitters, i.e., CFVD-FM-2 Pohénégamook and CFVD-FM-3 Squatec.
