  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-7 and 2005-7-1 dated 28 July 2005 and 2 August 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 3 October 2005 at 9:30 a.m., at the Best Western Charlottetown, 238 Grafton Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, the Commission announces the following:
1. In Broadcasting Notice of Public hearing CRTC 2005-7 Preamble (from Items 6 to 9), the Commission proposed to consider, subject to interventions, Items 6 to 9 (competitive radio applications for New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), as part of the non-appearing phase of this proceeding.
  In view of the interventions received by the Commission pertaining to these items, the Commission has NOW decided to consider these as part of the appearing phase of this proceeding.
2. AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THIS PUBLIC HEARING AND THE APPLICATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT.
