Change of service area

1.

The Commission approves the application by Rogers Cable Communications Inc. (Rogers) to change the authorized service area of the cable broadcasting distribution undertaking (BDU) serving Owen Sound, in order to include Midland, Ontario.

2.

Currently, Rogers has separate broadcasting licences to operate the cable BDUs serving Owen Sound and Midland.

3.

In view of the above, Rogers must surrender its cable BDU licence to serve Midland for revocation by the Commission within two months of the date of this decision.
