CFMI-FM New Westminster and its transmitter VF2341 Whistler - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Corus Premium Television Ltd. to change the authorized contours of its transmitter VF2341 Whistler, by relocating the transmitter and by increasing the antenna height.
2. The Commission notes that these changes reflect the actual technical parameters following construction of the transmission facilities and that there will be no significant change to the coverage area.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
