  Ottawa, 25 July 2005
  Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
Greenwater Lake, Saskatchewan
  Application 2005-0607-4

CBKST Saskatoon and its transmitter CBKST-11 Greenwater Lake - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the licensee of the television programming undertaking CBKST Saskatoon, to change the authorized contours of its transmitter CBKST-11 Greenwater Lake, by decreasing the average effective radiated power from 9,500 watts to 9,100 watts.
2. The Commission notes that this change reflects the actual technical parameters following construction of the transmission facilities and that there will be no significant change to the coverage area.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
