CKDO Oshawa and its transmitter CKDO-FM-1 Oshawa - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Durham Radio Inc. to change the authorized contours of its transmitter CKDO-FM-1 Oshawa, by increasing the antenna height.
2. The Commission notes that this change reflects the actual technical parameters following construction of the transmission facilities and that there will be no significant change to the coverage area.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
