  Application by NORTHEAST SOCIAL CLUB to amend the licence of its radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Baie James (Camp Champion and La Grande2).
  The licensee proposes to add the transmitters listed in the appendix, at the above-noted localities, to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the programming of radio stations also identified in the appendix.
