Agreement for 800 service originating

1.

The Commission received an application by Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), dated 23 January 2004, for approval of the 800 service origination agreement (the agreement) between Télébec Limited Partnership and Call-Net Technology Services Inc. (CNTS).

2.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the company will provide access such that calls may originate from Télébec Limited Partnership's operating area to customers of CNTS's numbering plan area 800 service.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Télébec's application.
