The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 28 January 2004, to revise General Tariff item 680, Centrex III Service - Local Link Package, in order to increase by $1 the monthly rates for local link locals not subject to a minimum contract period and the monthly rates for the one- and three-year contracts for local link locals. |

Bell Canada noted that since local link is categorized as an uncapped service, the proposed price increase would have no impact on the company's price cap indices. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 April 2004. |
