Bell Canada

Digital private line satellite access

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada on behalf of itself, Aliant Telecom Inc. and MTS Allstream Inc., dated 26 October 2004 and amended on 8 November 2004, to migrate National Services Tariff item 380, Digital Private Line Satellite Access to a new Special Facilities Tariff item F38, Digital Private Line Satellite Access.

Bell Canada also proposed to clarify the definition for "Cross border" traffic to the United States and correct typographical errors.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
