Interconnection agreement for the provision of 9-1-1 service

1.

The Commission received an application by 2034156 Ontario Inc., dated 4 November 2004, for approval of the Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (the agreement) between 2034156 Ontario Inc. and Bell Canada.

2.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties with respect to the interconnection by 2034156 Ontario Inc.'s with Bell Canada's 9-1-1 service.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves 2034156 Ontario Inc.'s application.
