DMS translations software

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 6 October 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item B104, DMS Translations Software Changes For Call Blocking On DEA or PRI, in order to prevent conference group callers from dialing directly to a predetermined list of countries.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the customer concurs with the proposed monthly rate and service charge. Bell Canada noted that this arrangement was not available from the General Tariff and was filed as a special facilities tariff due to limited anticipated demand.

3.

The Commission approves on an interim basis Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of 19 October 2004.
