The Commission received an application by Nexicom Telecommunications Inc. (Nexicom Telecom), on 1 December 2003, to revise sections 50, 60, 70 and 90 of its General Tariff in order to remove references to Party Line Service, and issue various pages to reflect changes previously approved by the Commission since the last update of its tariffs. |

Nexicom Telecom indicated that in Telecom Order CRTC 98-1202, dated 1 December 1998, the Commission approved the proposal to provide individual line service for Durham Telephones Limited (subsequently renamed Nexicom Telecom). The company indicated that, due to an oversight, it had not revised the associated tariff pages under the new company name to reflect the approval to provide individual line service. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Nexicom Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

5. |
Nexicom is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
