Joint operating agreements

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 27 January 2003, for approval of the Joint Operating Agreements between TCI and TELE-MOBILE COMPANY for the Eastern and Western Tekelec STPs (the agreements).

2.

The proposed agreements specify the framework for sharing the costs associated with operating and maintaining certain equipment for the Eastern and Western Tekelec STPs.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application.
