Microcell Solutions Inc.

Interconnection agreement between a competitive local exchange carrier and an interexchange carrier

1.

The Commission received an application by Microcell Solutions Inc. (Microcell), dated 30 June 2004, for approval of a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection (the agreement) between Microcell and Call-Net Technology Services Inc. (Call-Net).

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions associated with the provision of trunk-side access by Microcell to Call-Net.

3.

The Commission notes that Microcell filed Part 4 of Schedule C to the agreement in confidence stating that the release of this information would provide existing and potential competitors with sensitive information related to the Microcell and Call-Net operations.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves Microcell's application.
