Whole RF channel service agreement - DIRECTV 3

1.

The Commission received an application by Telesat Canada (Telesat), dated 8 July 2004, for approval of the Whole RF Channel Service Agreement - DIRECTV 3 between Telesat and Bell ExpressVu Inc.

2.

The Commission notes that Telesat filed the application in confidence and provided an abridged version for the public record.

3.

The Commission approves on an interim basis Telesat's application effective 19 July 2004.
