Telecom Order CRTC 2004-226

  Ottawa, 12 July 2004

Bell Canada

  Reference: Tariff Notice 6818

Arrangements for data transmission

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 3 June 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item D29, 128 Kbps Digital Facility, in order to provide for a 128 Kbps digital facility in the non-serving area Kuujjuarapik, Quebec.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the customer concurs with the proposed monthly rate and service charge. Bell Canada noted that this arrangement was not available from the General Tariff and was filed as a special facilities tariff due to limited anticipated demand.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
