Agreement to provide support for 9-1-1 service

1.

The Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), dated 21 May 2004, for approval of an agreement to provide support for 9-1-1 service for the Peace River Regional District between Northwestel and the Peace River Regional District.

2.

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Northwestel will fulfill its obligations to provide trunking facilities, interface facilities, customer name and address information, and other related 9-1-1 services for the provisioning of emergency calling service to Northwestel's customers in the Peace River Regional District.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Northwestel's application.
