Non-material changes to tariffs

1.

The Commission received an application by Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem inc. (St-Éphrem), dated 20 November 2003 and amended on 5 December 2003, in order to remove the following references to a number of General Tariff items: equipment for persons with disabilities; terminal equipment no longer subject to regulation; toll charges; and the Régie des télécommunications du Québec, its previous regulator.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided.

4.

The Commission approves St-Éphrem's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

St-Éphrem is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
