Moose Factory Cable Inc. has requested the revocation of its licence for the television programming undertaking CFCC-TV Moose Factory. | |

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Moose Factory Cable Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking. | |
