Revocation of licence

1.

In CKSA Lloydminster - Conversion to FM band, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-461, 18 December 2002, the Commission approved an application by Sask-Alta Broadcasters Limited for a broadcasting licence to operate an FM radio programming undertaking at Lloydminster to replace its AM station CKSA. The new FM station is now in operation.

Sask-Alta Broadcasters Limited has now requested the revocation of its licence for the radio programming undertaking CKSA Lloydminster.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Sask-Alta Broadcasters Limited for CKSA Lloydminster.
