  The licensee proposes to add a condition of licence that requires it to adhere to section D.3 ("Adult Programming") and part of section E.2 ("scheduling of trailers on barker channels") of the new Industry Code of Programming Standards and Practices Governing Pay, Pay-per-view and Video-on-demand Services.

  A true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
