Application No. 2003-0072-3
Application by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION (CBC) relating to television station CBLT Toronto, Ontario.
The licensee proposes to amend its licence in order to add two transmitters at Elliot Lake and Little Current to offer the programming of CBLT.

The above-noted transmitters are presently licensed to the CBC as radiocommunication distribution undertakings (RDU) which expire 31 August 2003. These transmitters currently distribute the programming service of CKNC-TV Sudbury, Ontario.
CKNC-TV was previously licensed to CTV Television Inc. (CTV) until the Commission approved, in Decision CRTC 2003-303, dated 10 October 2002, the purchase of this station by CBC and the addition of CKNC-TV to the licence of CBLT Toronto as a transmitter of this station.
