Optical fibre service arrangements

1.

The Commission received applications by Bell Canada, dated 1 April 2003 and 23 July 2003, to add Special Facilities Tariff items N2(a)(1)a.5, N4(a)(1)a. and N3(a)(1)a. Optical Fibre Service Arrangements, providing for a customer Optical Fibre Network Solutions.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that these custom-designed arrangements were not available from the General Tariff and were being filed in the Special Facilities Tariff due to limited anticipated demand.

The Commission carefully considered all submissions received.

The Commission denies Bell Canada's applications. The reasons will be issued at a later date.
