Hay Communications Co-operative Limited

Billing and collection services

1.

The Commission received an application by Hay Communications Co-operative Limited (Hay Communications), dated 10 October 2003, to revise General Tariff section 210, Billing and Collection Services, in order to remove the minimum monthly service fee.

2.

In Billing and collections services, Telecom Order CRTC 2003-287, 16 July 2003, the Commission approved an application by Hay Communications to introduce a minimum service fee for service providers that utilize the company's billing and collection services.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Hay Communications' application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

Hay Communications is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
