Dryden Municipal Telephone System

Terms of Service

1.

The Commission received an application by Dryden Municipal Telephone System (Dryden MTS), dated 14 October 2003, to revise item 11, Confidentiality of Customer Records, under section 80 of its General Tariff in order to add a list of the acceptable methods for obtaining express consent for the disclosure of confidential customer information, as directed in Confidentiality provisions of Canadian carriers, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33, 30 May 2003, as amended by Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33-1, 11 July 2003.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves Dryden MTS' application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

Dryden MTS is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect these changes.
