Custom calling features and call management services

1.

The Commission received an application by Téléphone Milot inc. (Milot), dated 29 October 2002, to revise items 2.11.1, Custom Calling Features and 2.11.2, Call Management Services, under section 2.11 of its General Tariff, in order to:

a) modify the monthly rates of existing Custom Calling Features as follows:

- Call Waiting, from $2.50 to $3.50 for residential customers and from $3.50 to $5.00 for business customers;
- Call Forwarding, Speed Calling (8 numbers), Three-Way Calling, from $2.50 to $3.00 for residential customers and from $3.50 to $4.00 for business customers; and
- eliminate the $1.75 residential toll restriction charge.

b) introduce several call management services as follows:

- Call Display for residential and business customers at a monthly rate of$4.00 and $6.00, respectively;
- Call Return for residential and business customers at a monthly rate of$3.00 and $5.00, respectively;
- Call Screen for residential and business customers at a monthly rate of$3.00 and $4.00, respectively;
- VoiceMail for residential and business customers at a monthly rate of$5.00 and $7.00, respectively;
- Ident-A-Call for residential and business customers at a monthly rate of$3.00 and $6.00, respectively; and
- Call Trace for residential and business customers at $5.00 for each successful trace up to a maximum of $10.00 per month.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Milot's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

Milot is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
