Frame relay service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc., (TCI), dated 11 December 2002, to withdraw the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. General Tariff item 3090, Frame Relay Service, since the service is provided by TCI on a forborne basis, pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 96-130.

Frame relay service is a high speed packet-switched data network service which provides for the transmission of data between customer locations.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
