Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by Microcell Solutions Inc. (Microcell), formerly Microcell Connexions Inc., dated 18 June 2003, for approval of Appendices 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 to the existing Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Microcell and Bell Canada, as well as a revised page 6 to Schedule C.

The Commission notes that Microcell filed Appendices 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 and a revised page 6 to Schedule C in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of these documents for the public record.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Microcell's application.
