Bell Canada

Optical fibres

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 31 July 2003, to remove Special Facilities Tariff item F23(c), Optical Fibres, which provided two strands of optical fibre between the customer's three premises in Toronto.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the customer no longer requires the fibre strands.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
