TELUS Communications Inc.

CATV Transport (B.C. only)

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 26 May 2003, to add Special Facilities Tariff item 686, CATV Transport (B.C. only), in order to provide a single customer in British Columbia with a bi-directional CATV Transport service arrangement between the TCI central office in Whistler and its central office in Pemberton. TCI also proposed a one-time provisioning charge, in addition to a monthly rate.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission notes that the customer concurs with the proposed rates and the terms and conditions of the seven-year contract for the proposed service.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
