Bell Canada

Internet dial port service

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada filed on behalf of Bell Nexxia Inc. (Bell Nexxia) on 27 January 2003, to add General Tariff item 7000, Internet Dial Port Service, in order to comply with Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002.

The new service will provide customers with the flexibility to provide Internet access to their end users using Bell Nexxia's network in selected geographical areas.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

Bell Canada provided an imputation test in support of the proposed tariff revisions.

5.

The Commission is satisfied that the proposed tariff revisions meet the imputation test.

6.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
