Bell Canada

Reference: Tariff Notice 6729

Removal of a fibre optic facility

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 20 February 2003, to remove Special Facilities Tariff item F20(c), which provided four strands of optical fibre between two customer premises in Montréal, Quebec.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the customer no longer requires the fibre strands as it had closed one of its office locations.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
